       卤键在持久性有机污染分离、富集和检测方面具有重要性。硕士研究生李晨同学研究表明，碘代全氟芳烃可以通过C-I···Cl^-卤键吸附于吸附于非极性溶剂-强阴离子交换剂SAX界面。1,4-二碘四氟苯（1,4-DITFB）和碘代五氟苯（IPFB）的吸附等温线符合Freundlich模型，而1,2-二碘四氟苯（1,2-DITFB）的吸附等温线符合Langmuir模型。在固相萃取（SPE）应用方面， SAX的吸附效率1,4-DITFB >1,2-DITFB > IPFB，最大可达99.1%。基于卤键的固相萃取方法还具有好的选择性。
