卤键在持久性有机污染分离、富集和检测方面具有重要性。硕士研究生李晨同学研究表明,碘代全氟芳烃可以通过C-I···Cl-卤键吸附于吸附于非极性溶剂-强阴离子交换剂SAX界面。1,4-二碘四氟苯(1,4-DITFB)和碘代五氟苯(IPFB)的吸附等温线符合Freundlich模型,而1,2-二碘四氟苯(1,2-DITFB)的吸附等温线符合Langmuir模型。在固相萃取(SPE)应用方面, SAX的吸附效率1,4-DITFB >1,2-DITFB > IPFB,最大可达99.1%。基于卤键的固相萃取方法还具有好的选择性。
